Use of the Scottish Rite Discount Card signifies an acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions. The 2010 Asheville Scottish Rite Discount Card Program runs from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010 and is valid once per day per cardholder unless otherwise specified by merchant.

Discounts are only available at addresses listed at http://www.srdc2010.com
Because a merchant chain participates, does not mean every store with that name in your area does. See http://www.srdc2010.com for complete list of participating businesses.

Consumer assumes all risks associated with offers obtained herein.

RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS

Discounts ALWAYS exclude alcohol and gratuity. Please tip your wait staff.
Please make sure your waiter/waitress is aware of your discount card when ordering so they can be sure to apply any discounts to your FIRST check.


GENERAL

YOU MUST present your card when (a) making reservations/checking in at lodging or when (b) checking out at a store. Out of courtesy, when possible, let the merchant know, ahead of time, that you have the Scottish Rite Discount Card.

YOU MUST sign the "Signature" line on your card to validate your card. Merchants CAN ask for ID and Merchants CAN refuse service if your card is not signed and if you do not supply sufficient ID. One card per cardholder. Only YOU can use your card.

ABUSE of card, such as trying to use it more than once per day at the same location or the use of one card by more than one person, may result in confiscation of your card and loss of privileges to you by one or all merchants.


The ASHEVILLE SCOTTISH RITE and its participating merchants are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged discount cards. Your card will NOT be replaced. You will need to purchase a new card.

In the event that a participating merchant does not honor the discount specified at http://www.srdc2010.com for any reason what-so-ever, Asheville Scottish Rite will not be held responsible. If this occurs, however, please contact us immediately at 828-253-9911 so that we can take the appropriate action to correct the situation.

The Scottish Rite Discount Card has no cash value and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash from merchants. Your $10 donation to purchase the card is non-refundable.
